Se trata de una modificación de la</SPAN><A title=" Prescripción enfermera: en vigor el 24 de diciembre" href="https://www.redaccionmedica.com/noticia/prescripcin-enfermera-el-rd-en-vigor-el-24-de-diciembre-92034" target=_blank><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; COLOR: #416ed2; FONT-SIZE: 12.5pt"> regulación vigente desde 2015 </SPAN></A><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12.5pt">que permitirá a la profesión <STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'">dispensar medicamentos sin la autorización previa de un médico</SPAN></STRONG>. Aparecerán en los protocolos y guías de práctica clínica y asistencial". Además, ha concretado que es un </SPAN><A href="http://La%20ministra%20sobre%20el%20RD%20de%20prescripción:%20%22Felicito%20a%20todos%20los%20enfermeros%22" target=_blank><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; COLOR: #416ed2; FONT-SIZE: 12.5pt">acuerdo tomado con el sector.</SPAN></A><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12.5pt"><BR><BR>El RD aprobado, fruto del </SPAN><A title="Prescripción enfermera: el documento completo del pacto, en primicia" href="https://www.redaccionmedica.com/secciones/enfermeria/prescripcion-enfermera-el-documento-completo-del-pacto-en-primicia-2852" target=_blank><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; COLOR: #416ed2; FONT-SIZE: 12.5pt">acuerdo entre representantes de médicos y enfermeros</SPAN></A><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12.5pt">, supone una modificación del artículo 3.3 y en el desarrollo de unos protocolos y guías clínicas que establezcan en qué casos puede prescribir directamente el profesional de Enfermería y cuándo necesita la supervisión del médico. En cualquier caso, se entiende que el profesional de Enfermería tiene la formación suficiente como diplomado o graduado, para prescribir determinados "medicamentos sujetos a prescripción médica" de forma autónoma.<BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; FONT-SIZE: 18.5pt">Los pasos del Ministerio de Sanidad</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; COLOR: #1f497d; FONT-SIZE: 12.5pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 18pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12.5pt"><BR>Tras el visto bueno del Consejo de Ministros, el Ministerio de Sanidad, Consumo y Bienestar Social tiene en sus manos dos importantes pasos. Uno es<STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'"> fijar los nuevos protocolos y las guías de práctica clínica y asistenciales</SPAN></STRONG> y, el otro, es establecer el<STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'"> mecanismo para dispensar la acreditación previa necesaria</SPAN></STRONG> que deberán poseer, nominalmente, cada enfermera.<BR><BR>Aunque en este sentido el Ministerio todavía no ha aclarado cómo se va a generar dicha acreditación, si se sabe que serán</SPAN><A title="Constitucional: solo las CCAA pueden acreditar enfermeras para prescribir" href="https://www.redaccionmedica.com/secciones/derecho/constitucional-solo-las-ccaa-pueden-acreditar-enfermeras-para-prescribir-7228" target=_blank><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; COLOR: #416ed2; FONT-SIZE: 12.5pt"> las CCAA quienes se encarguen de forjar el derecho a prescribir</SPAN></A><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12.5pt"> por una adaptación de la norma a una sentencia del <STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'">Tribunal Constitucional</SPAN></STRONG>. En lo que respecta a los nuevos protocolos y las guías de práctica clínica, su creación dependerá de la <STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'">Comisión Permanente de Farmacia</SPAN></STRONG>.<BR><BR>Con este Real Decreto de prescripción se dan dos supuestos. Unos, en los que necesiten de valoración previa del médico pero cuya medicación la enfermera podrá ir variando a lo largo del tratamiento (como <STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'">insulina </SPAN></STRONG>para diabéticos o la regulación de dosis de anticoagulantes) y otros que no precisan ninguna valoración anterior, como puede ser el caso de la dispensación de <STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'">vacunas </SPAN></STRONG>o el tratamiento de pacientes con <STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '-apple-system-font','serif'">úlceras </SPAN></STRONG>por presión.<BR style="MAX-WIDTH: 100%"><BR></SPAN></P>
