<p class="MsoNormal">Si no vaig errada l’oferta és feta des d’una ETT pel que no coneixem l’empresa final però tampoc em sorprendria veure que prové d’un SPA on majoritàriament pretenen que el metge es passi el dia signant reconeixements que han valorat inicialment
els infermers (i per sort hi ha molt bona gent predisposada a donar més del que li toca)</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">M’ha agradat molt veure tantes respostes en contra però també m’ha sorprés molt llegar un correu d’una persona ben indignada on treballa en un SPA que no ofereix ( ni mig euro per sobre del que estableix el miserable conveni dels SPA).

<p class="MsoNormal">Una vegada vaig fer una entrevista de feina ofertada aquí i quan vaig consultar el conveni d’aplicació, el sou era bastant correcte però la realitat va ser que verbalment en van treure els plusos establerts per conveni (només s’aplicaven
si l’empresa tenia diners) i es va retallar el sou base dient que anava en funció del nivell d’estudis (i es van quedar amb el nivell de diplomatura quan un màster oficial sempre s’ha considerat de 3r nivell i era requisit imprescindible per accedir a la feina
disposar de les 3 especialitats). </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">M’agradaria que això servís per reflexionar als que tenen SPA’s i empreses si realment están fent les coses bé i de manera justa. Els professionals tenim responsabilitat penal i això ningú ho valora. Per sort, existeixen empreses que fan
les coses bé (segurament molt i molt poques, però n’hi ha) . <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Per si algú li interessa la feina ofertada que sàpiga que a Infojobs busquen un captador de socis d’ONG al carrer sense cap responsabilitat i amb horari lliure per 13.000€ + plusos.</p>
