<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">Penso que l’aptitud psicofísica per a realitzar determinades tasques no és una funció dels SPRL sinó de recursos humans. Tant a l’hora de la selecció del personal com a l’hora
de mantenir aquestes aptituds. Quan el SPRL fa aquesta determinació de l’aptitud psicofísica perverteix la finalitat de vetllar per la salut del treballador i malmet la seva confiança. Son finalitats diferents i, per tant, han de ser desenvolupades per serveis
mèdics diferents.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">També la responsabilitat de l’empresa envers les conseqüències d’una no aptitud psicofísica o d’una “no aptitud laboral” en relació als riscos del lloc de treball és diferent.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
