Fer tests serològics massius a treballadors asimptomàtics es fer una foto del moment, a més a més borrosa:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px;" data-mce-style="margin: 0px;"><span lang="CA" style="mso-ansi-language: CA;" data-mce-style="mso-ansi-language: CA;"><br data-mce-bogus="1"></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px;" data-mce-style="margin: 0px;"><span lang="CA" style="mso-ansi-language: CA;" data-mce-style="mso-ansi-language: CA;">- A nivell individual (avantatges pel propi treballador) el resultat no assegura res (baixa fiabilitat, però encara que fos alta: els negatius demà poden infectar-se, els positius s'han de continuar protegint igual ja que no se sap el grau ni duració d'immunitat. (Hi ha el risc d'abaixar la guarda tant per part dels suposats positius com dels suposats negatius). També hi ha l'element de la disparitat de resultats: treballadors que van o havien anat a un centre privat i si surt un resultat diferent tindran encara més confusió i desconfiança, i demanen que l'empresa lis faci una nova prova pel "desempat". En definitiva: a nivell individual no te sentit fer una prova que no farà canviar en res l'actitud una vegada conegut el resultat.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px;" data-mce-style="margin: 0px;"><span lang="CA" style="mso-ansi-language: CA;" data-mce-style="mso-ansi-language: CA;"><br data-mce-bogus="1"></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px;" data-mce-style="margin: 0px;"><span lang="CA" style="mso-ansi-language: CA;" data-mce-style="mso-ansi-language: CA;">- A nivell de grup de treballadors a l'empresa (no em refereixo en cap moment a estudis poblacionals ben dissenyats) pot tenir molta acceptació i per tant participació (els professionals contents: l'empresa fa algo, es preocupa per mi,...). Però donat que la fiabilitat sol ser baixa (falsos positius, però també falsos negatius!), a<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" data-mce-style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>nivell grupal no aporta gaire (i en tot cas amb una mostra petita es podria arribar a la mateix conclusió). A més, qué fem amb els IgM positius: aïllament (amb baixa i alta)? Seguit de PCR la majoria de les quals surtirà negativa? Els excloem de la feina (no els contractem / "no aptes"??? .... cuidado!!). S'ha de tenir en compte que per fer aquests estudis: <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" data-mce-style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>s'han de fer servir EPIs i dedicar temps de professionals per fer els tests; s'han de retirar persones de la feina que resultaran ser falsos positius; es trobaran pocs positius reals (els confirmats per PCR): ja se sap que el % de positius a nivell poblacional es molt baix.
