Riscos Laborals de Foment del Treball organitza el webinar PRL “Gestió del teletreball: com abordar una nova forma de treballar”.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span lang="CA" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">El teletreball ha sofert un gran auge a Espanya i, en general, a nivell mundial com a conseqüència dels
avanços en tecnologia de la informació i telecomunicacions que han modificat el mercat de treball i, més recentment, com a conseqüència de la pandèmia per Sars-CoV-2. Els beneficis d’aquesta modalitat de treball estan sent valorats molt positivament tant per
part dels treballadors com per part dels ocupadors, pel que es preveu que serà una forma de treballar total o parcialment.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span lang="CA" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">A més, la nova normativa de treball a distància així com la proliferació de plataformes per al treball
col·laboratiu, han permès disposar de les eines legals i tecnològiques adequades per fel que el teletreball sigui una opció real.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
