de Riscos Laborals de Foment del Treball organitza la 2a edició del webinar “La PRL i la seva incidència en la relació laboral. Ineptitud sobrevinguda i obligació de l’examen de salut”.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

en aplicació de la LPRL, como són les qualificacions d’aptitud des de la perspectiva de l’adaptació al lloc de treball o l’acomiadament per ineptitud sobrevinguda i sobre la concordança o no de quant antecedeix amb el reconeixement d’incapacitat al treballador
per part de l’INSS o Mútua.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
