<div style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;line-height:15px;text-align:justify;color:#000000;"><p>El passat dia 2 de novembre es va constituir formalment la “Secció de vacunes en el entorn laboral” de l'Associació Catalana de Salut Laboral (@ SCSL), en el curs d'una sessió celebrada en les aules de la Acadèmia de Ciencies Mèdiques de Catalunya i Balears i a la que van poder assistir els socis que, fins ara, han demanat formar part d'aquest projecte.</p><p><br></p><p>Per començar la sessió, la presidenta de l' @ SCSL la Dra Elisabeth Purtí , va remarcar els motius que justifiquen la creació del grup i va encoratjar a tots els assistents per el desenvolupament de la secció. </p><p><br></p><p>Posteriorment, tots els assistents van plantejar les seves opinions respecte als objectius que s'hauran de desenvolupar en els propers mesos, centrant-se fonamentalment en : </p><ul><li>L'establiment d'eines per la unificació de criteris de vacunació en el entorn laboral</li><li>La voluntat d'integració de col·lectius laborals molt diversos</li><li>L'establiment de línies conjuntes d'estudi relacionades amb la vacunació laboral </li><li>La relació amb l'administració per tot allò que fa a la gestió de les vacunes.</li></ul><p>El Dr. Àngel Plans, com coordinador de la secció, va comprometre's a buscar les formes per fer realitat aquestes actuacions considerant com a activitat prioritària el actualitzar el apartat de la WEB de la @ SCSL per facilitar les actuacions properes.<br></p><p><br></p></div>

Darrerament s'està donant més visibilitat a la violència vers els professionals sanitaris, i en aquest sentit la Generalitat de Catalunya va crear al juliol del 2022 <strong>l'Observatori de situacions de violència a l'àmbit sanitari de Catalunya</strong> <a data-cke-saved-href="https://govern.cat/salapremsa/notes-premsa/421156/govern-aprova-creacio-lobservatori-situacions-violencia-lambit-sanitari-catalunya" href="https://govern.cat/salapremsa/notes-premsa/421156/govern-aprova-creacio-lobservatori-situacions-violencia-lambit-sanitari-catalunya" target="_blank">https://govern.cat/salapremsa/notes-premsa/421156/govern-aprova-creacio-lobservatori-situacions-violencia-lambit-sanitari-catalunya</a></p><p>L' Associació Catalana de Salut Laboral (@ SCSL ), representada pel Dr. Genís Cervantes, participa en la Comissió Permanent d'aquest Observatori de nova creació aportant l'experiència de més de 16 anys en el projecte <a data-cke-saved-href="http://www.sanitatmesamable.org/" href="http://www.sanitatmesamable.org/" target="_blank">www.sanitatmesamable.org</a> del que tos i totes formen part.</p><p>En aquest context, diversos socis i sòcies de la @SCSL ens hem plantejat la necessitat de crear una Secció de Violència Ocupacional liderada pel Dr. Genís Cervantes.</p><p>Aprofitant l'experiència en l'àmbit sanitari, i davant del repte que suposa la violència ocupacional en molts altres àmbits com transport, educació, forces de seguretat, Hosteleria, etc. s'ha decidit crear un grup de treball multidisciplinari, obert a qualsevol sector en el que la violència ocupacional representi un risc a combatre. </p><p>La finalitat es compartir experiències amb uns objectius ben definits:</p><ul><li>Impulsar la creació d'un registre multisectorial de Casos de Violència vers els Professionals.</li><li>Subministrar la informació necessària sobre els factors de risc, socioeconòmics, de gènere, d'edat i d'altres que desencadenen les situacions de violència.</li><li>Establir plans de formació en prevenció de situacions de violència dels professionals</li><li>Promocionar la cultura de la tolerància zero</li><li>Analitzar les situacions de risc i els incidents ocorreguts.</li></ul><p>Està clar que aquesta és una feina molt amplia i amb molt recorregut, raó per la que pensem que és bo disposar de quants mes punt de vista millor, i t'animem a formar part d'aquest grup de socis que volem reflexionar en aquest tema.</p><p><strong>Les úniques condicions per a integrar-s'hi es el ser associat de l'@CSL i estar interessat en el tema.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Per a formar part del mateix cal enviar un e-mail a <a data-cke-saved-href="mailto:scsl@academia.cat" href="mailto:scsl@academia.cat">enricclarella@academia.cat</a> i esperar la confirmació de la vostra acceptació.</p><p>Al llarg dels propers mesos, i en funció de les expectatives creades en el grup, s'aniran actualitzant documents a la WEB de l'associació i establirem les formes més adients per concretar els debats plantejats.</p><p> Cordialment</p><p><br></p><p>Genís Cervantes </p><p>Coordinador Secció de Violència Ocupacional </p><p>Associació Catalana de Salut Laboral </p><p><br></p><p>Elisabeth Purtí</p><p>Presidenta</p><p>Associació Catalana de Salut Laboral</p></div>
