sense emissió d'alta mèdica suposarà el pas automàtic a la pròrroga de l'IT.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:106%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;line-height:106%;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial">Fins ara, una vegada esgotat el termini
de durada de l'Incapacitat Temporal (IT) de 365 dies, l'Institut Nacional de la
Seguretat Social havia de passar la persona en IT a alguna de les quatre
situacions següents:</span></p>

per incompareixença injustificada als reconeixements mèdics convocats per
l'INSS.</span></p>

baixa mèdica en la situació d'incapacitat temporal produïda per la mateixa o
similar patologia, en els 180 dies naturals posteriors a l'esmentada alta
mèdica.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:106%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;line-height:106%;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial">Per tant, com ho tenim a partir del 17
de maig de 2023:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:106%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;line-height:106%;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial">Un cop esgotat el termini de 365 dies
d'IT (18 mesos) sense emissió d'alta mèdica, el treballador passa
automàticament a la situació de pròrroga d'incapacitat temporal (més 180 dies).
Ja no és necessària (com fins ara) la declaració expressa de l'INSS per a
continuar en IT.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:106%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;line-height:106%;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial">En aquesta situació, l'INSS pot donar
l'alta en qualsevol moment al treballador sense l'obligatorietat d'haver
d'esperar els 180 dies prorrogats."</span></p>
