[Tapinet] Consultas COVID19

Buenas tardes

Quería hacer dos consultas para saber vuestra opinión.

Conocéis algún test rápido para valorar el COVID19 realmente fiable?. Hay algún organismo contrastado que haya validado alguno?, sabéis si algún hospital o centro sanitario los está utilizando?

Por otra parte nos estamos encontrando con personas que han pasado el COVID y que cuando les hemos realizado el Test Serológico Elisa, o bien no tienen Anticuerpos o bien los van perdiendo progresivamente, esto significa que pueden volver a coger el COVID, o bien el organismo tiene otros sistemas para protegerse del COVID19?
