Us enviem adjunt i a continuació informació sobre el Workshop a nivell Europeu que sobre el tema de la prevenció dels problemes d’alcohol en l’àmbit laboral, estem organitzant en tres sessions on-line els dies 12, 17 i 20 de maig.
En el mail d’acontinuació trobareu instruccions per la pre-registration pel workshop. Hi ha espais de discussió els tres dies on es requereix tenir certa experiència en aquest àmbit, per això us agraïm que ho compartiu amb persones que coneguin d’aprop la idiosincràsia de l’àmbit laboral.

Following a consultation on the preferred format for this event, we confirm that the workshop "Working Together to Prevent Harm due to Alcohol in the Workplace" will be held online over 3 interlinked afternoon sessions (14h - 16:40h CET – please see the provisional agenda attached):

  *   Session 1 (Thursday 12th May): Context and evidence for alcohol prevention in workplace settings
  *   Session 2 (Tuesday 17th May): Coordination for alcohol prevention at the workplace – overcoming barriers
  *   Session 3 (Friday 20th May): Implementation challenges of alcohol prevention at work - recommendations

It is recommended to participate in all three sessions to get the most of the workshop. The deadline for pre-registration is Friday May 6th 2022.

Participation in the workshops will be free of charge. Places at the sessions are limited to allow active interaction and will be allocated to ensure a balanced geographical coverage and sector representation. Pre-registration does not guarantee participation. You will receive confirmation of your place and the format by 9th May 2022.

If you would like to nominate another expert to participate on your behalf, or in addition to yourself, please forward this invitation to them and instruct them to provide your name in the questionnaire as the reference for their nomination.

As part of the preparations for the workshop, the research team for the workplace topic in the AlHaMBRA Project will also be carrying out a ‘key stakeholders survey’ to better understand the different perspectives and priorities of participants, and to prepare the discussion sessions. This will be sent in April to all pre-registered participants and other actors in the workplace and alcohol fields.
